Mariángeles De Cesare
She graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina in 2007. Furthermore, she has completed Postgraduate studies of Specialization in Labor Law at the aforementioned University. She Works in our Labor Law area since 2006. She has taken part in large number of labor claims and cases, representing important companies such as HSBC Bank, Jardín del Pilar, Nalco Argentina, Grupo Pilar, Giesse Group, Parexel Internacional, Grupo T4F, La Estrella Cía. de Seguros, among others.
She has also taken part in important audit operations on labor matters, in the context of negotiations and transfer processes of companies capital such as Abeledo Perrot, Action Line, CIE Presenta (named today as T4F Entretenimientos Argentina S.A.), Arcos Dorados, Nutrifrost, Laboratorios Northia, Laboratorio Boeringher, Adhe Pel, Crystal Solutions, DB Group, IPC&L, among others.
Furthermore, she is involved in individual claims on labor matters, representing interest of important executives and employees in general.
From mid-2011 to May 2013, she represented the President of Telecom Argentina at more than 200 lawsuits with the other members of our Labor Law Department.
