María Victoria Busnadiego
Lawyer, graduated with honors from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in 2015. She was granted with a distinction of excellence award by the Lawyers Association of the City of Buenos Aires in 2014.
In 2018, she completed a Masters degree on Corporate and Economics Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) and in 2019 she took a postgraduate course on Legal Aspects of Corporate Finance at CEDEF Law & Finance.
From 2020, she is an assistant professor in Commercial Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She also joined the Commercial Law Institute of the Lawyers Association of San Isidro.
Her practice is focus mainly on corporative law, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Entrepreneurship. Since 2016 she is part of the corporate team having participated in many national and international transactions, either for private equity funds, venture capital funds, strategic acquisitions by multinationals and also for local investors.
She also has experience in matters related to litigation, because of her previous involvement in the firm's litigation department. In such character, she represented Yahoo! de Argentina, Grupo Milenio, T4F, Ticketek, La Estrella Cía. de Seguros de Retiro, Otro Mundo Brewing Company, among others.
