Argentinian law firm Estudio Garrido has advised CryoHoldco de Latinoamérica on the purchase of 100 per cent of local stem cell bank Biocells.
Stem cellsBiocells is one of Argentina’s largest stem cell banks, and which grows and stores umbilical cord and placenta cells, and which are used for tissue and immunological system regeneration, as well as for the treatment of conditions such as leukemia and lymphoma. The stem cells are distributed to clients in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
