Estudio Garrido advises B2B platform Extendeal on $1m investment round

Argentinian law firm Estudio Garrido has advised B2B platform Extendeal on the closing of a $1 million bridge investment round.
 
Extendeal links buyers and suppliers in the food and agricultural sectors and has a presence in Argentina, Chile, Mexico and the US, and is designed to reduce companies’ supply chain costs and environmental footprint.

The investment round was led by Extendeal’s CEO and founder Guido Stefani and chief operating office Martin Enriquez.

The company was advised by Garrido partners Diego Martín Garrido and Gustavo Enrique Garrido, and associate María Victoria Busnadiego.
